Areas outside King and Snohomish County or more than a half an hour driving time from my residence may be subject to travel time, mileage both ways (at standard IRS rates, currently 54 cents a mile each way for 2016) and applicable actual bridge or road tolls, parking, and ferry charges each way depending on the services rendered, when I come out, and how long I stay.
